LtGen Stephen Sklenka, USMC, will provide a keynote speech on the Warfighting Stage, April 28 at 14:20. The planned theme of this engagement will the essentials in prevailing against a peer adversary in a contested environment. LtGen Sklenka will likely speak to his framework to prevail will address littoral mobility and it's necessity in contested space, the five sustainment imperatives (munitions, fuel, blood, water, and food), and the requirement to solve the three principals moves (force mobilization and deployment, force closure, and force sustainment).
