3-1-5 Framework-The Essentials in Prevailing Against a Peer Adversary
LtGen Stephen Sklenka, USMC, and MajGen Andrew Niebel, USMC, will participate in the Scuttlebutt Podcast, April 28 at 1100. The planned theme of this engagement will the essentials in prevailing against a peer adversary in a contested environment. They will likely speak on the essentials to prevail in a conflict with a peer adversary by addressing littoral mobility and it's necessity in contested space, the five sustainment imperatives (munitions, fuel, blood, water, and food), and the requirement to solve the three principals moves (force mobilization and deployment, force closure, and force sustainment).
