This wargaming event provides a focused venue for demonstrations, game play, and networking among military wargaming practitioners, designers, and industry.  Attendees can participate in wargames, computer-based and table-top, or watch teams from MCU compete for the Commandant’s Cup. 

The Commandant’s Cup preliminaries are shaping up to be quite the contest.  The final roster:

• 16 Teams from the Marine Corps’ Supporting Establishment 
• 14 Teams from Across the Fleet Marine Force
• 7 Teams from Joint PME Schools
• 4 Joint Service Teams
• 14 Allied Teams

Six players are returning from last year’s tournament to defend their title or claim the Commandant’s Cup for the first time. Most are returning with new teammates, representing new organizations. However, the returning champions – Marine Corps Tactics & Operations Group (MCTOG) – are fielding two teams for the tournament incuding a member of last year’s championship team. Will MCTOG win two years in a row or will a new group earn the Cup?
