Bryan Bush
Bryan Bush is a former Marine turned social entrepreneur dedicated to helping veterans and first responders reclaim purpose and achieve lasting, high-performance transformation.
After four years in the Marine Corps, he built a 17-year career in corporate Human Resources while continuing his academic development, including MBA studies at Purdue University and a Master’s degree in Positive Organizational Development from Case Western Reserve University.
In 2022, Bryan stepped away from both his corporate career and a company he built, turning his focus toward applying Intentional Change Theory to engineer his own physical and psychological reset. After experiencing measurable results firsthand, he set out to test whether this model could be replicated with other veterans. When it produced meaningful, repeatable outcomes, it became the foundation for The Reboot ProjectⓇ, a registered 501(c)(3) delivering structured, science-backed programming designed to drive measurable biological, physical, and psychological transformation.
In just two years, The Reboot Project has produced multiple graduating cohorts, demonstrated real, data-driven impact, and built a growing community committed to helping our nation’s heroes find purpose after service. The program operates with a no-nonsense, results-driven approach, grounded in disciplined execution, accountability, and measurable outcomes, and is being built to serve as a high-quality, purpose-driven solution for our nation’s heroes for years to come.
