Expo Location

The 2026 Modern Day Marine Expo will take place at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center located at 801 Mt. Vernon Place NW, Washington, DC 20001.

Complimentary Buses – Quantico

Complimentary round trip buses from the Quantico area to the Walter E. Washington Convention will be available to all attendees and exhibitors on a first come first served basis.

The pickup locations are Lejeune Hall Overflow Parking Lot off of Catlin Ave – Quantico, VA 22134 and the National Museum of the Marine Corps – 1775 Semper Fidelis Wy, Triangle, VA 22172. Buses will  run continuously every 30 minutes on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. 

The first pick up time for the Lejeune Hall Overflow Parking Lot will be 6:45 AM and the first pick up time for the National Museum of the Marine Corps will be 7:00 AM. The last pick up time for the Lejeune Hall Overflow Parking Lot will be 11:15 AM and the last pick up time for the National Museum of the Marine Corps will be 11:30 AM.

Buses will start the return trip back to base at 1:30 PM leaving every 30 minutes stopping at the Lejeune Hall Overflow Parking Lot and the National Museum of the Marine Corps. The last bus will depart the Convention Center at 4:30 PM daily.

The complimentary bus schedule is subject to change.

Complimentary Vans & Buses – Pentagon

Complimentary round-trip shuttles from the Pentagon to the Walter E. Washington Convention Center will be available to all attendees and exhibitors on a first come first served basis. Shuttles will be provided from Pentagon Bus Station’s L8 bay (lower level) to the Convention Center and will run regularly from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, 28 April through 30 April.

Washington Metro

The Convention Center sits atop the Mt. Vernon Square/7th Street-Convention Center station served by Metro’s Green and Yellow lines. Alternatively, take the Red Line to the Gallery Place-Chinatown Metro station which is a 5 minute walk from the Convention Center.

Train

Amtrak serves DC’s Union Station and is connected to the DC Metro on the Red Line.
