LtGen Sklenka will likely speak to his framework to prevail will address littoral mobility and it's necessity in contested space\, the five sustainment imperatives (munitions\, fuel\, blood\, water\, and food)\, and the requirement to solve the three principals moves (force mobilization and deployment\, force closure\, and force sustainment).
