Base Access – Truck & Freight Deliveries

Base Access Protocols have changed for ALL DELIVERIES – please read carefully and thoroughly.

All commercial and delivery truck drivers, not in possession of a DoD issued ID (CAC or TESLIN), must visit the Marine Corps Base Quantico Commercial Vehicle Inspection (CVI) Lot to pick up a pass and have ALL vehicles and loads inspected.

Exhibitors and vendors must inform your carrier of the following driver requirements.

Step 1: Complete DBIDS pre-enrollment here to receive a QR code.

DBIDS pre-enrollment expires 30 days after submission, so we advise you apply less than 30 days from when you plan to pick up your pass.

For the DBIDS pre-enrollment process, you are required to list a sponsor. Please enter the following information in the spaces provided:

First Name: Alexander
Last Name: Hetherington
Contact Email: alexander.hetherington@emeraldx.com
Phone: 760-576-6701

Step 2: Complete and print the SECNAV 5512 form. Take this completed form with you to the CVI Lot. The SECNAV form will also require you to list a sponsor. Use the same information as above.
