Where do I pick up my badge or register?
Registration is in the Grand Lobby of the South Building at the Walter E Washington Convention Center.
What is required for onsite registration?
We recommend registering online. If you choose to register at the expo, please bring your government issued id card.
Who has access to expo sessions?
All attendees are invited to attend the sessions in the Main Briefing Center and Marine Zone. Other events including the Congressional Breakfast, Marines Luncheon & Awards Ceremony, OBJ 1 Wargaming Convention, and Tun Tavern Talks require additional registration.
How do I register for additional show events?
You can register for show events while completing your expo registration. If you have already registered, please log in to your profile and add events as additional items. Please note that some events are not open to all attendee types (ex: some are open to exhibitors only, Marines only, etc.)
Where are the expo sessions and other show events?
Sessions will be in the Main Briefing Center (expo hall) and the Marine Zone Stage (expo hall). The Congressional Breakfast, Marines Luncheon & Awards Ceremony, Spouses Employment Brunch, and Tun Tavern Talks will be held in Tun Tavern. The Semper Fidelis Reception will be held in the Marine Stage area in the Expo Hall.
What is the attire for the expo and other show events?
The attire for general expo attendance for civilians is business casual and Blue Dress D for members of the military. The attire for the Congressional Breakfast and MCL Awards Ceremony & Leadership Breakfast is business attire for civilians and Service A for military members.
Will there be handouts at the expo sessions?
There will not be handouts as part of the Briefing Center and Marine Zone sessions, but you can view speaker bios and presentation descriptions in the app.
Is concealed or open carry allowed at the expo?
No, neither attendees nor exhibitors may carry firearms inside the Walter E. Washington Convention Center.
Do I need to show proof of vaccination and/or wear a mask to attend the expo?
There will be no COVID-19 vaccine verification or requirement to wear a mask at the expo or other show events.
Will there be transportation to the Walter E. Washington Convention Center?
Complimentary round trip buses from the Quantico area to the Walter E. Washington Convention Center will be available to all attendees and exhibitors on a first come first served basis. The pickup locations are Little Hall, the Marsh Center, the Davis Center, and the National Museum of the Marine Corps. Buses will depart daily at 7:00 AM and run continuously every 30 minutes. Buses will start the return trip back to base at 10:00 AM leaving every 30 minutes stopping at Little Hall, Marsh Center, Davis Center, and the National Museum of the Marine Corps. The last bus will depart the Convention Center at 3:30 PM daily. The estimated travel time is 45 minutes.
